This blog is my opinion of what is going on in the real estate market in the Beaufort, SC area with an emphasis on Fripp Island, Harbor Island, Coosaw Point, Habersham, Dataw and all the sea islands. This will contain views on lending, short sales, foreclosures and occasionally some musings. Of course there will be updates on the goings on at Island Realty.
